  I didn’t know where to put this but I just want to say a massive thank you to one of your workers I came in to look for bed frame and new bed and I started to feel really faint and sick as heat stroke she noticed and sat me down and went out of her way to make sure I felt ok making sure I was cooled down and I felt ok to leave providing me with water and cooling me down staying with me untill I felt okay people like this really deserve the best because not a lot of people are this kind and caring So thank you alot for your kindness and how caring you was you should be very proud of yourself because i probably would have fainted elsewhere and not had any help

  Sammi was so friendly and helpful! We had a very pleasant experience in store today. We were able to browse without pressure after being greeted. As soon as we were ready with questions, Sammi was there with all the answers. We did not feel pressured into spending more, instead we were confident we were buying something that was actually right for us. The transaction process with Sammi was also great. All our options were nicely and clearly explained to the both of us and it was a really friendly and quick process. I would highly recommend visiting the team in store :)

  Fantastic service from Tallilah from the moment we walked into the store. Very welcoming, informative and everything my son needed to purchase a new bed and mattress (and bedside cabinets). She gave all the information he needed and left him to have has much time as he wanted to decide with no pressure to buy at all. What topped the service for me was that she also makes the best cup of tea!!

  Excellent help and service from Tallulah, assisting me with purchasing a new mattress and guiding me through the variety of options available. Friendly and thorough, she also allowed me all the time I needed when re-testing my highest-rated mattresses. 10/10 for brew-making skills too, which was a nice touch provided on arrival. A really relaxed and non-pushy approach made the whole experience smooth and easy

  Tallulah at Dreams is absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She supported us in choosing two double bed frames and mattresses, taking the time to show us all the options, give expert advice, and help us stay within our budget.
