  First time I approached this store and I was greeted with great hospitality from Steve. He helped guide and show my wife and I around with the variety of mattresses that were available but also which were best suited for our needs. Very helpful and appreciated his service. Highly recommend !

  Dreams Store, Fosse Park, Leicester I would like to give very positive feedback for Nirali at the Dreams store in Fosse Park, Leicester. She provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Nirali took the time to go through all the available options with us, explained everything clearly, and helped us understand the differences between each product. She also introduced us to the Sleepmatch system, which was extremely helpful and made it much easier for us to make the right choice. Her patience, knowledge, and friendly approach made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. In addition, she clearly explained the delivery and collection services, which made the whole process smooth and stress‑free. We really appreciated her support and professionalism. Thank you, Vidisha

  As soon as i walked through the door, I was greeted by a beautiful lady, with a huge warm smile named Nirali, she lead us towards the sleep analysis bed, wrote my information in and asked both me and my father if we would like a hot drink, she then told me the information that we needed to get the right mattress and went through the reasons why the mattresses listed would be perfect for me, after that, she lead us to some mattresses that were in my price range and supplied all of the relevant information needed for me to make the right decision, throughout the process, she was, warm, accommodating and very professional, she was definitely what i would consider the opitime of good customer service, I would, and will be recommending going to this store and asking for Nirali to any of my friends and family.

  Dealt with Debbie, she was amazing! Helped us choose a mattress that suits my self and partners body after we layed on the NASA technology and found our best mattress to suit us. We chose our dream bed with the storage and colour we liked. Hats off to the team at dreams! And especially Debbie who made this process extremely easy and was super helpful!

  We came in with absolutely no clue of what we wanted or needed for our new mattress. Nirali was warm and welcoming and wasn’t pushy at all when we first came in but then was very helpful walking us through what we needed and took us through the sleep match process and found our perfect match.
