Used to store uni items in between tenancies- team was incredibly helpful in providing advice about which unit/storage method to use. Ended up with a palette which was a generous size. All we had to do was put our items on it and they took care of wrapping/moving/securing which was really useful and sped up the process. Would recommend (especially if a student looking to store items)!

Went down a couple of weeks before we needed the unit and had a tour to get a feel for the sizes of the unit to make sure we were getting the right one. No deposit was a great bonus as saving as much as possible when moving house is great. Junaid, the manager, is a great and friendly guy; little details like remembering your name when you come down, even if you’re only dropping stuff off, are a welcome touch. Onsite facilities like trolleys for boxes and pallet jacks make everything much easier to unload. The security of the facility seems great too, with lots of CCTV everywhere, so it gives you good peace of mind leaving your belongings in the unit. Inside the reception, there are lots of essentials when packing at reasonable prices too. We signed up and got a £15 voucher for boxes, etc., and a free padlock, just making everything even easier for us. If you’re looking for a storage unit long-term or short-term, then I can’t recommend them enough; they have great spaces and are not overly pushy on sales, which can often put me off somewhere.
