I was looking for a pillow as I’m suffering with a bad neck, the guy who served me was very helpful he let me try lots of pillows and explained the difference between each pillow. They even offered me a drink while I shopped. I came out with a Tempur Pillow and it was the best night sleep I’ve had for a long time.

I purchased several items in store today including pillows, mattress and pillow protectors'. As my in store purchase was a little bulky Ashley kindly carried them to my car and carefully put them in my boot. Dreams has excellent choices of beds with several options too. Also, I am pleased that my old bed will be taken away by the dreams delivery team. Ashley is a valuable member of dreams and I would recommend him and the company to friends and family. Thanks

After buying a mattress elsewhere for my daughter and realising it was too thick for her bunk bed (and they couldn’t offer an alternative), I rang Dreams as she wanted to try them out rather than order from an online store. Gary told me they had some suitable options in store, so we popped in. After giving us a few minutes to settle in, Gary came over and remembered my call straight away and exactly what we needed. He gave us plenty of options without being pushy, just really helpful and knowledgeable. My daughter loved trying them all out and he helped her find the perfect one. We came away with a mattress that fits perfectly and she absolutely loves it. The price was better than expected and to top it off, Gary even gave her a free teddy which made her day! His customer service was second to none. I can’t fault Gary, he couldn’t have done any more for us. I am a very happy customer and my daughter thought he was lovely too. Would definitely recommend.
