I was looking for a nice little lamp for my sideboard in the lounge and ended up getting one along side a vase and a beautiful bowl to put fruit in. I then proceeded to the Cushion isle and purchased two of those. So very productive day as always finding individual pieces for my home that are a little bit different

I will be writing a formal complaint to head office for the lack of respect certain management members had! Damaged stock everywhere, the place looked a mess, looked up and down by an older female member of staff. Then overheard her slating customers at the tills, basic customer service training needed.
