- TTTT1 day ago5.0Came to store today to look for a mattress,purchased a bed frame & mattress. We are very pleased with our purchase! The staff member who helped us (Adrienne,Adee) was so lovely,professional and just really personable & attentive to what we wanted. She made us feel really comfortable and listened. Definitely recommend purchasing from this particular store. Well done 👏 also made my fiancé be quiet for 3 mins whilst using the bed match tech which he was amazed by. Thanks so much!

He was so patient, helpful, and genuinely lovely throughout the whole process, never once making us feel rushed even when we couldn’t decide between 10 different pillows and had “just one more” mattress to try. Zak made the whole experience really enjoyable and helped us finally choose the perfect mattress. Amazing customer service, great knowledge, and honestly deserves a medal for his patience with us!

I have been shopping around looking for the perfect mattress so have experienced quite a lot of different sales people. As soon as Zakaria approached us we felt welcomed and he set us up on the robot bed that told us what were the best mattress options for us. Whilst we were on it he delivered us a coffee for when we were walking around trying the mattresses. We were in the shop choosing our mattress for about an hour/ an hour and a half, it even went after closing time and not once did we feel rushed or were made to feel bad that we were taking so long to decide. If I could decide he would be employer of the month and getting a pay rise! Amazing service and I will be recommending this store to everyone I know!

Zak was extremely helpful and helped me with everything I needed whilst also giving me time to myself to try out the beds and pillows. So knowledgeable and brought me like 10 pillows to try haha.
