She has early stages of dementia and when we were approached by Ibrahim he understood the assignment. He was patient and understanding and was reassuring with mum. He spoke with her with ease, regularly using her name to make sure she understood she was being spoken to. Ibrahim didn't rush us, and regularly checked in if any of us needed a drink. Ibrahim showed us a selection of mattresses and bed frames and even suggested good low bed frame options for ease of getting in and out of bed. We didn't feel pressured into buying something we didn't want and we felt we were fully informed about the final decision. 10/10. Thanks Ibrahim

It certainly is. Contact us at least 72 hours prior to delivery and we can add recycling to your order. It is fast, convenient and environmentally friendly. We disassemble and utilise every single part possible and all other waste is turned into green energy.
