  Visited dreams Blackburn, was greeted by Oliver, very helpful picking out a mattress using sleep match machine. Would definitely use dreams again in the future when looking for a mattress.

  At first we thought this was a good store and were happy. However, when our bed got damaged and we applied on the insurance for cover, we were told we didn't have the insurance for the bed but for the mattress only. We thought this was an error so contacted dreams and asked for the policy to be looked at, as when we purchased our bed, we were asked if we wanted cover as the bed was for our toddler and obviously accidents can happen. We then got an email reply with a COMPLETE LIE, saying our sales person said we declined the bed protection and wanted mattress protection only - WHY on earth we would do that makes no sense and is completely untrue - we took the cover under the sale that we had both bed and mattress protection. Not only have we been missold a product, we have been lied to and the email we recieved from the complaints department was completely unprofessional. I would suggest you avoid this store - will sell you something for commission, never apply it to your policy and then you've paid for something and will get nothing back from it. Not happy at all, and will be taking this further.

  Went to dreams today in Blackburn to get a new mattress and bed frame and was served by a young lad called Oliver, he helped me with everything and the service was impeccable. Would really recommend 👍

  Went to Dreams in Blackburn . I was served by Nylah, what a lovely person she is!! Very professional, she talked me through what I wanted ,informed me and sorted out a scan? To see what type of mattress was best for me. Taking into account any problems i have.she then took me round the showroom and showed me the the ones that were best suited for me. She wasn't a little bit pushy, she explained the merits of the mattresses. She left me to try the mattresses and said take your time!! Thank you for a lovely experience!! Just waiting for my delivery now, and then some good night's sleeping 😴 💤 xxx

  We dealt with Nylah today and she was great. Very informative and helpful towards us making a decision on a new mattress. Would really recommend.
