Initally we was greeted by a lady member of staff who was very helpful then after we had a look around was helped by Sean he explained about the sleep technology machine and helped us pick a mattress. Sean explained everything throughly let us try lots of different beds and answered all of our questions. We didnt feel rushed at all! Definitely recommend 10/10.
