We came in at around 4:20pm on a Sunday, only for a browse initially, knowing the store closed at 5, but at no point did Amy make us feel rushed. She offered to help without being pushy at all, talked us through the different types of mattresses and got us to try the mattress machine to work out what would suit us best. She really listened to what we both wanted and even showed us photos on her phone from when she'd visited the factories where the mattresses are made, which was such a nice touch. We kept saying we were conscious they were closing, but nothing was too much trouble. She even sorted out buying our mattress even after the shop had officially closed. Honestly, Amy was an absolute gem. We left really happy and confident we'd made the right choice.
