  Veer was fantastic!! Gave us lots of details around the types of mattress that we wanted as me and my partner wanted separate firmness levels- veer gave us all our options and explained in great detail our options- he was super flexible with all our requests. What a fantastic experience!!

He helped me pick out the perfect bedding for my new home, taking the time to understand exactly what we needed in terms of comfort, style, and quality. ​His expertise made the whole process incredibly smooth and stress-free. We couldn't be happier with how our new bedrooms look and feel. If you're looking for top-notch service, definitely ask for Zack!

  Started our day mattress shopping with no real idea what we were looking for. From the start all the staff in the store were hands on, shown us different options and really gave us an idea of what we needed. Big thanks to Paul for helping, we were offered drinks and made to feel at ease. We were also helped by a lady but didn’t get her name, very friendly and polite Thanks guys

  What absolutely shocking behaviour from the staff at this shop. The first impression when you walk in is of a man sitting with his feet up on the desk. This is supposed to be a professional environment with professional staff. I simply wanted to return a pair of pillows I had bought from another branch while I was passing by. I was told they couldn't accept the return because the sale had been made elsewhere, which I understand, but the way it was communicated was extremely rude. To make matters worse, one of the staff members was rude to my son simply because he rested his hand on the desk. The behaviour and attitude of these three employees were completely unacceptable. 🤢

  Visited Whitecity manchester store. Paul helped me choose the right mattress for me. He was patient, welcoming, pleasant, courteous and most important not pushy. He gave the options that were right for me then left me to make my own decision in my own time. Thankyou Paul.
