She was highly knowledgeable and very engaged in finding the best mattress for us. The prices on the mattresses were very reasonable, with several available at reduced prices. She gave us several options in terms of delivery to best suit out situation, and we didnt feel pressured to make a decision at all. I had a great experience here a few years ago and it was a delight to see this hasn't changed.
