  We were served by a lovely young man called Hassan. He listened to us old folks moaning about our bad backs with great patience! We tried out the diagnostic bed to get several recommendations of mattresses that would suit our needs. It was narrowed down to a choice of 6 mattresses which we tried out several times. There was no sales pressure but time and patience which was much appreciated. We chose a tempur mattress and pillows. The pillows are great and we are looking forward to the delivery of our new mattress. Thanks Hassan!

  We received our order but the mattress was missing from one of the beds. The first notification I received about the short delivery came from the driver when he called at approximately 8:30 am. He informed me that they did not have the mattress and asked if I wanted to delay the entire order or accept a partial delivery. I agreed to take the partial order. I had already disposed of the old beds and mattresses, as I had received no prior notification from Dreams that my order was incomplete. I was sent numerous texts reminding me of my delivery slot, yet no one could call to give me advance notice that an essential item was missing. The staff in store were as helpful as they could be but I still have had no response from the Customer Service department after almost 3 weeks of me emailing my complaint.

  A month ago, my partner & I were looking for a mattress for the first time and were friendly met by Patrick. He was completely understanding of our situation and helped us make the best decision. Not only was Patrick professional, but we were able to have a good laugh and a chat whilst the payments went through. Hope the running is going well Patrick & good luck with everything!

  From the moment we walked through the doors, we had a fantastic experience. We were warmly greeted by Paul, who immediately made us feel welcome and offered us beverages while we settled in. The entire process from start to finish was handled with the utmost professionalism, care, and attention to detail.   My partner and I were greeted warmly upon arrival and received incredible service from Rachel. She was highly knowledgeable and very engaged in finding the best mattress for us. The prices on the mattresses were very reasonable, with several available at reduced prices. She gave us several options in terms of delivery to best suit out situation, and we didnt feel pressured to make a decision at all. I had a great experience here a few years ago and it was a delight to see this hasn't changed.
