- PWPaul WoodSep 25, 20261.0Ordered a matress for overseas visitors. They had in stock and timely delivery date. 4pm the night before text to say they cancelled the delivery. Went to store for refund. Had to phone customer services. 4 calls over 2 hours finally agreed to partial refund. Money still not hit account. Told to return to store again to complete the full refund.
- AAAmbreenSep 10, 20265.0I had such a lovely experience at Dreams, especially thanks to Dawn. She was so friendly, patient and genuinely helpful throughout. She helped me use the Sleepmatch machine, which was really useful in narrowing down the right mattress for me and made the whole decision so much easier. I never felt pressured and Dawn was happy to answer all my questions. Really appreciate her help and would definitely recommend her!
