- JWJames WhitworthJun 5, 20265.0We walk in and was left to look around by ourselves which I like don’t like sales people jumping out with you need this and that we then found Gail lovely lady showed us the computer bed that works out what you need found a lovely bed tried a few but picked the one we liked no sales pressure we had a coffee while we thought about things and decided to buy on the spot lovely lady was a credit too Dreams she delt with everything from delivery to taking away our old bed after looking round a few other Bed shops Dreams came up the best and Gail and the other lady where top class mr & mrs J Whitworth 5⭐️

We visited twice over one weekend and received top-tier service on both days.On Friday 29th, Rose assisted us. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, giving us all the information we needed without any pressure. We returned on Saturday 30th to finalise our decision, and Mel looked after us. Mel was just as helpful and friendly as Rose, seamlessly processing our final sale for a discounted Blue Cross mattress.The communication after the sale was perfect. We were kept informed throughout the entire purchase and delivery process via text messages, emails, and phone calls.Delivery took place on Wednesday 3rd. The delivery team arrived exactly on time and were very polite, friendly, and helpful.I honestly cannot fault anyone or anything about this experience. Outstanding customer service from the in-store team to the delivery drivers. I would highly recommend this store to anyone!

Can I apply for finance in your store?
Yes Dreams offer an in-store interest free credit option through a select group of finance companies. All we ask for is the value of your order to be £500 or more. Our Sleep Experts in-store can walk you through the application. You will be required to pay 20% of your order as a deposit, after a successful application.
I have already ordered but I should have also asked you to take away my old bed and mattress, is this possible?
It certainly is. Contact us at least 72 hours prior to delivery and we can add recycling to your order. It is fast, convenient and environmentally friendly. We disassemble and utilise every single part possible and all other waste is turned into green energy.
