He was incredibly helpful from start to finish, spending a lot of time talking us through the different options and explaining everything clearly without any pressure. His knowledge was excellent, and he took the time to answer all of our questions and help us understand what would be best for us. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and his customer service was genuinely outstanding. It's rare to come across someone so patient, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile.
