  Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Shop layout easy to walk around and find what we needed. Thanks especially to Dave, who helped us get some pillows and was friendly and kind. Much appreciated and great service!

  Visted the store in St Andrews Quay in Hull on the 7th of June looking for a new bed. After a few minutes of discussions with my partner we where approached by Claire, who was more than helpful to help us with our specific needs and went above and beyond to help us. Thank you so much Claire for all your help.

  Finding a mattress is something we've been putting off for some time however David was brilliant! He made the whole experience much easier than we had expected. He was friendly, helpful & very knowledgeable, enabling us to find the right mattress for us. No pushy salespitch, he just gave us useful information & then left us plenty of time to try each mattresses out whilst still being on hand if needed. The store had a good selection available so overall a great experience

  I recently visited Dreams in Hull to purchase a new mattress, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The sales advisor who helped me was absolutely excellent from start to finish. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. She explained the different mattress options clearly, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel easy and enjoyable. At no point did I feel pressured into making a purchase; instead, I felt genuinely supported in finding the right mattress for my needs. Her professionalism and customer care were outstanding and are a real credit to Dreams. Thank you for such a positive shopping experience. I would highly recommend Dreams Hull and especially the wonderful member of staff who assisted me.
