    Purchased a bed and mattress back in 2020 and the slat frame started to warp in. After one call Dreams arranged a replacement frame, all parts, and two experts todo all of the work three days later. They even took away the broken part - all free of charge. Lovely store lovely staff and even if something goes wrong years later they will resolve it with no hassle at all. Can't recomend enough!
