  We came to Dreams to find a new mattress. We knew what we wanted and knew it would be a case of just lying in a number of beds until we found what we were after. One of the first mattresses we tried felt pretty good. In the meantime Lisa-Marie asked us if we needed any help and after explaining that we're just going to be lying on a number of mattresses, she suggested we try the Dreams Sleep Analyser that we would lie in and it would analyse our bodies, body weight, sleep positions etc. and recommend a number of suitable mattresses. So we obliged and after about 10 minutes of pretending to sleep, the results were in! One of the first suggestions was a NASA designed material that when you lay on it, felt like you were sinking in quicksand. It was awful and something crazy like £3k. Then we tried the mattress made from solid rock, or so it felt, then the mattress made out of feathers and air that provided no support at all. And so we went on, going through this list of supposedly perfect fits that were anything but. We made our excuses, walked around and tried the first mattress we lied on when we entered the store. It felt perfect, just what we were after. Lisa-Marie asked for our thoughts and when we said we really liked the Dream Team Romsey 1000 Pocket Memory Mattress as it feels like our current mattress that weboth get on really well with and do not suffer from backache, Lisa-Marie said "I'd have to advise you against that mattress". So we left the store and thought things over. A few weeks later we were passing the Pembury Dreams store and agreed we would go straight in, try the same mattress we liked to see if going in cold we had changed our minds. It didn't. We loved it and we ordered it on-line. We've now been sleeping on this mattress for at least 6 months and it has been just perfect. So, make your own minds up whether you want to use the Dreams Sleep Analyser thing or whether you trust your own judgment as to what YOU know, suits YOU!. Overall attentive and helpful staff, but they possibly trust the analyser more than they do the customer, to the detriment of their own sales achieved.
