- PBPeter BackJun 2, 20265.0we visited Dreams bed today2/6/26 as we needed to purchase a new mattress .we both suffer with back troubles and arthritic in most joints as senior people this was going to be a very important choice we had to make. when we entered the store at Gravesend ,we were greeted by Sue she listened to our needs and took us over to a digital show area were she entered both our sleeping problems regarding comfort and pressure points. when she ask us to lay down within seconds you could feel beneath you the mattress moving to improve the areas you lay on .from this info Sue worked out what mattresses would benefit us both. we came away buying our new mattress and we were given a delivery date the next week the after sale service we brought made us feel secure that should there be any problem Dream have us covered .two very happy people thank you .Peter and Elaine.
