  Unprofessional & dismissive store manager, terrible experience as a whole. Avoid this branch. Ordered a mattress and frame, waited nearly a month for a weekday delivery only to be told the day before that the mattress had not turned up at the warehouse so could not be delivered and was advised to postpone the delivery so both could arrive at the same time and that I would receive a phone call to reschedule another delivery date. Dreams never got back in touch. I originally called the store and was told they couldn't do anything. I called Dreams customer service number which called me back 4 hours later as I wanted a refund because I would have to wait another month for a weekday delivery, I said at this point I would like a refund and was told the department who deals this is closed until the working week and to expect a call back by then. The phone call never came so I had to spend over 2 hours on hold to customer services and ended up hanging up, over 1.5 hours waiting on the live chat to get through to someone, the agent could not find any details apart from the fact that my delivery had for some reason had marked as delivered and complete which was obviously wrong. I had rung back the main store and got through to a dismissive manager who stated he could not help as they don't have access to the same systems as customer services and that they were busy. Here I am £2000 out of pocket and no mattress and frame. Perhaps the manager could do with some further training on how to interact with customers? Save yourself the pain and avoid Dreams. They'll take your money, won't deliver what you pay for and you'll forever be chasing to get a refund.

  Caroline was very helpful and patient as it took me ages to make up my mind and delivery was proving to be difficult. But got there on the end!.

  we visited Dreams bed today2/6/26 as we needed to purchase a new mattress .we both suffer with back troubles and arthritic in most joints as senior people this was going to be a very important choice we had to make. when we entered the store at Gravesend ,we were greeted by Sue she listened to our needs and took us over to a digital show area were she entered both our sleeping problems regarding comfort and pressure points. when she ask us to lay down within seconds you could feel beneath you the mattress moving to improve the areas you lay on .from this info Sue worked out what mattresses would benefit us both. we came away buying our new mattress and we were given a delivery date the next week the after sale service we brought made us feel secure that should there be any problem Dream have us covered .two very happy people thank you .Peter and Elaine.
