  Howard at Gillingham Store was very friendly and informative, I didn't know about the special bed that finds out which mattress is best suited to me, then he helped me find the perfect mattress, no rush and very kind, thank you for the excellent customer service, I can't wait for my mattress to arrive! :)

  We bought a mattress here a few months ago and the service was amazing, even with our toddler. However, our experience today was completely different and incredibly disappointing.We returned to the shop looking to buy a bed frame. While browsing, our toddler urgently needed the toilet. Since we had been allowed to use it during our last visit, I guided her towards it. Before we even got there, a male staff member shouted across the shop from another corner, rudely telling us we couldn't use it because it was staff-only.I kindly explained that it was for a little toddler who would otherwise have an accident, but he just told us to go to Aldi or Smyths Toys instead. I cannot believe a business would treat paying customers this way and prefer a child to wet themselves rather than show a little empathy. Whether it is a bad company policy or just a staff member having a bad day, it was completely unacceptable. (Also, a huge thank you to the lovely lady at Pets at Home grooming who helped our toddler without any hesitation!) We will not be returning to Dreams.

  Friendly staff, tidy store. When asked what we was looking for I said a single mattress for around £150, (plenty advertised online) we was told theres nothing in our range when there was. Then we was told they were a 2 week shipping wait because they wasn't stocked. Then we couldn't even take a memory foam mattress because theres a system update and the mattres isnt on the system. Went to Argos around corner, got a memory foam mattress single in the brand silentnight for £175.50 in stock to take away.
