Greeted us on arrival, we weren’t ready to formally talk to anyone as just wanted to browse but made herself very approachable when we were ready to discuss. She offered us a drink and we showed us the sleep match machine which was great experience to gain the perfect mattress matches. Saskia gave us pillows so we get the exact sleeping feel once we had narrowed it down to the chosen few. She made the experience very relaxing and not at all stressful when you are picking a mattress you are about to commit to for the next portion of your life 😂 10/10 service from Saskia

Thankfully Beasa was there to help, guiding us through the (pretty nifty) Sleepmatch scanner which identified which firmness of mattress would better suit us. We were shown around to a number of options in our price range, as well as providing a few different pillows of varying types. After laying on a number of different mattresses we found the one for us, and also decided on a new bed frame and pillows. Throughout the process Beasa was very friendly and helpful, offering good insight into different mattress types, checking for better offers, and stock availability ahead of time. When next considering a new mattress or bed I'll definitely be back
