  Best Dreams shop I've been to, and this is mostly thanks to Joe. This young man helped me understand the difference between different tempur products, was patient and informative, and most of all polite during my visit. I am still on the fence about getting a tempur or not, but if I do it will be from this shop. Many thanks Joe!

  Joe was superb!! I had a great experience in the store and he was super helpful. He helped me to find the most suitable mattress and pillows, was very accommodating and didn’t try to rush me at all. Thank you!

  McKenzie was the first one greeted me on a Saturday afternoon, it was a hot day and he offered cold water which was a nice touch. Very polite and a great sales person for someone who’s only worked there for 15 months, he knows all of the products and he was patience and genuinely sincere when answering my questions. He helped me with my measuring tape as I found a really good ottoman bed with wooden base and draws! I’ve already been to Furniture Village and another department store testing out mattresses, but I found McKenzie the most professional in helping me finding the right mattress and bed frame. I took advantage of the sale price by putting a deposit down first, as I want to measure the bed frame first before I complete the purchase in full. I was there for about 2 hours, but I felt confident in making my choices and didn’t feel pressured at all. A very good sales person, he deserves a very good review as there were two other staff who were not as interested in serving customers during my visit. It’s rare to find good sales person with great customer services these days.

  We recently purchased a bed and mattress from Dreams Bromley ,and we had a good experience. Our salesperson, Hamish, was a very polite and respectful young man. He was extremely patient and never put us under any pressure to make a quick decision just to complete the sale. Instead, he gave us plenty of time to think carefully about our options and choose what was best for us. His professional and friendly approach made the whole shopping experience comfortable and enjoyable. We are happy with our purchase and would highly recommend Hamish to anyone looking for excellent customer service.
