- SMSandy McGinnisMay 27, 20265.0A couple of weeks ago we bought a new mattress from the Ashford store, with Riley. We visited the store first and then went back a few weeks later. Riley was amazing. Very friendly, very cheeky, honest, knowledgeable and a real pleasure to deal with. He earned a lot of trust from us and we felt so comfortable with him, we ended buying a headboard and two bedside cabinets as well. Oh, and two new pillows. We arranged delivery and everything went as planned. No hitches at all. Everything was exactly as Riley said it would be. Today, we took delivery of our items. Rob and Matt the two delivery guys were amazing. Our property is up a hill and in these extreme temperatures, they were still very friendly and helpful, although obviously tired and hot. So, all round, a great experience from Dreams and we would highly recommend that friends and family go to Dreams in Ashford and speak to Riley. They are all a real credit to your company. Thank you all!
