  Really great service, we were a bit delayed and Tasha at the office was so kind and generous in allowing us to load our stuff and stayed back past the closing time for us to finish. Really great customer service and appreciate that very much.

  I was in urgent need of storage space to clear out a property and reserved a unit online with Safestore. Given the urgency of the situation, I called to confirm that I could move my belongings in immediately and spoke with Sam, who could not have been more helpful. When I arrived at the storage facility, Sam encouraged me to view the available units before committing to the 50 sq ft unit I had initially selected. Thankfully, Sam was absolutely right that I would need a larger unit. Sam took the time to show me several different units until finding the one that best suited my needs. Throughout the process, Sam clearly explained the important terms and conditions, ensuring I understood everything and would not face any unexpected charges. The level of professionalism, knowledge, and customer service was outstanding. Sam was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, and made what was an extremely stressful day much easier to manage. I am very grateful for the support and assistance provided. I cannot recommend Safestore highly enough, and I would particularly like to recognise Sam for delivering such exceptional customer service.
