  Tasha, Was very helpful with explaining about how the contract is set up. Explained the premises security, on the easy access into the loading bay, this made it very easy to decide to go with safe store

  It’s been a pleasure working with the team at the new Watford Safestore. I phoned some time ago and one thing and another I’ve not been able to firm up my interest but they haven’t pushed or pestered me, I have spoken to all the team members and they are all professional, courteous and extremely diligent. Tasha has been great and having met the Manager I can see why they are all a pleasure to transact with, excellent experience all round 👌

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from start to finish! The team at Safestore were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made storing our belongings completely stress-free. The facility was clean, secure, and easy to access, giving us peace of mind that everything was safe. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Safestore to anyone looking for reliable storage.   This storage site is new, I was told it opened early 2026. Very organised, an app gives you access to open one of the 2 loading bay shutters. I only saw the one lift to access the units on other levels, can be a bottleneck when multi customers are there. Our unit was on an upper floor, it is like a maze initially trying to find your unit, but after a couple of visits I am familiar now. The only negative was parking, it was quite busy when we went (22 July 26), we were lucky to get the last parking slot. Overall a very good facility but as parking is limited avoid visits at peak periods.

  I had an excellent experience with Safestore from start to finish. The facility is clean, secure, and very well maintained, and the whole process was straightforward and hassle-free. A special thank you to Trish, who went above and beyond to make everything so easy. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of my questions and making sure I found the right storage solution for my needs. Her outstanding customer service really made a difference and turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one.
