  I came into dreams Watford searching for a new mattress, as I have a herniated disc I asked Amir for advice which would be the ideal choice for my condition , he kindly recommended me the tempur medium firm oro air which I love it was an excellent recommendation, Amirs knowledge and advice for choosing a medium firm mattress was excellent, thanks very much Amir for your amazing knowledge and service your a great guy and an asset to dreams! :)

  Very disappointing experience The staff were initially very helpful when I was looking to purchase a bed and mattress. However, my experience changed when dealing with the salesperson. I was waiting for my osteopath to confirm that the mattress I was considering would be suitable for my back. When I explained this, he became quite rude and said, “I’m a trained professional — what does the osteopath know?” I found this comment unnecessary and dismissive, particularly as I was simply trying to make sure I was making the right choice for my health and comfort. When I asked whether there was a trial period for the mattress, his manner became even more abrupt and unhelpful. Unfortunately, the overall experience left me very disappointed, and I decided to purchase my bed and mattress from another supplier, where the staff were much more helpful and friendly. I have used Dreams previously and had a good experience, which makes this particularly disappointing. I hope Dreams takes this feedback seriously, as the attitude I experienced was not what I would expect from a company I have previously been happy to use.

  Darren was brilliant along with Mustafa who helped me choose a new duvet when I was after something very specific. They are both the definition of brilliant salespeople!!! To add to my experience Darren was absolutely hilarious which actually made me buy.

  I bought two mattresses with the year, and they are mishapen to the point of unusable. Massive dents. I can't get anyone on the phone and the chat just disappeared. I guess you could say their aftercare and customer service is very hard to reach. It is really appalling when companies don't give a phone number, it appears that they don't want to deal with problems. I hope someone contacts me as I have two mattresses my son's can't sleep on. I'm looking at having to get into their store now. Terrible service.

  We recently bought a Tempur bed from the Watford branch and had the pleasure of being served by Maria. What a friendly helpful person she is. Very knowledgeable and no pressure sales. Couldn’t have been happier with her and I can be hard to please 😆. Also the manager who finalised the price was so nice and gave us a great deal. We had been to other stores where the service was no near as good, didn’t like the staff. Makes a big difference. An enjoyable and easy experience with Dreams.
