  Amazing customer service from Jason also went out his way to take me to my unit and offered me an coffee or drink out of kindness of his heart would recommend this store as you dont see alot people like that in London

  Jason and the rest of the team was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Talked me through all the options and what was the best fit, would highly recommend. Friendly and helpful team and well kept facilities.

  Jason was so kind and helpful. I annoyingly locked my keys in the lock up, and he calmly came to my rescue with the bolt cutters, with a spare padlock to use until I bring a new one, so I can safely continue to keep my things in storage. Thank you so much again Jason for your help and kindness, safestore are very lucky to have such a lovely and helpful employee

  Jason & Juliet were so helpful - > they helped me return a parcel via DHL. So easy to park, popped in and they helped me straight away. So all in all - less than 5 mins which I needed as I have a busy day. Really appreciate it guys! Keep up the good work ☺️

  I had such a stress free experience using the storage here. The staff member who assisted me was incredibly helpful, patient and attentive throughout the whole process. I’m very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend them. Best staff ever!
