  First off - Everyone says Good Sleep is crucial for health- so I can't see how you cannot try mattresses before you buy - especially if you are spending a lot of money for something that you use for 1/3 or your day- so we popped into Dreams - Do not be put off with a small shopfront - there is an upstairs with a wide selection of beds/mattresses. We were welcomed by the Store Manager who was very pleasant. They have some sleep analysis bed thing which we were monitored on - which correctly suggested my husband a firmer mattress then my recommendation. Lots of options for two different firmness, even in one mattress (we all have a chosen side of the bed to sleep right ?) Anyway after analysis, we were offered refreshments and shown to the particular mattresses suitable for our bed frame and comfort. - Obviously as any good salesman would do, was taken to the best options - nothing else compared - it was between two different options a traditional Pocket sprung and the foam based one --- typically they were on different floors so I got my step count in by kept going from one to another testing them out. You have to....sleep and comfort is really important ..it was a difficult choice ..but we got there in the end. The Store manager was so nice and patient, he totally understood how important a good mattress is. Good deal done .... next time you need a good mattress (about 10 years apparently) make sure it's a good one and you test them. Dreams also do a return/swap offer just like the foam mattress ads on telly ....but sometimes good old fashioned going into a store is much nicer -

  We recently purchased a mattress from Dreams and had a great experience. Jack took the time to let us try several mattresses and guided us in choosing the best one for our needs. He and his team were very professional, while also making us feel comfortable and welcome throughout. Thank you for such a positive and smooth experience.

  Jack Son was very helpful, greeted us so we felt welcome , offered us a drink, told us about the Pillows but we said we'd come back another time for the pillows, overall we got a comfortable mattress and we were highly satisfied
