Chris walked up towards us with a huge smile and as my son explained what we want she seemed engaged from the start. She asked me tonnes of questions about what type of mattress I wanted and she seemed genuinely interested to ensure it was perfect for me. She ensured my whole party were comfortable which even included getting us a coffee whilst I was being scanned by the machine to find the perfect one. Her expertise was highlighted during the comparison as she asked questions and explained how things should feel. She quadruple checked everything before we committed. Every staff member was lovely when checking out with big smiles and amazing customer service. Thank you to you all. I would recommend this place to everyone.

She understood our needs and guided us through the purchase of our new bed. Any questions we had were answered with a smile, which put us at ease. Chris made us a drink which was so kind and gratefully received. I would highly recommend the Hereford store to anyone looking for a new bed/mattress, you will be welcomed and made to feel important straight away. No pressure to buy. We were also able to take our little dog in. All the staff were extremely kind and considerate but dealing with Chris I would certainly go back to her should we need anything in the future.
