- LBLynn BoyceMay 10, 20265.0Yesterday 9th May I went to buy a new mattress and was helped by my customer service advisor who’s name is Edward, I found him friendly and he soon put me at my ease, also to be a highly qualified, professional and knowledgeable person, I was offered refreshments immediately after asking my requirements for a new mattress, he offered me the use of the bed alignment machine which I was very impressed with, and tried a variety of suitable options that it came up with, after trying out these I chose a Tempur soft cooling option, which I bought there and then, Ed also recommended I used the pillow on each one that I found to be perfect and I bought that as well, overall I found the whole experience to be very enjoyable and would recommend to anyone looking for a new bed or mattress to use Dreams especially the Fareham branch, all the staff there were great and very welcoming, thank you all, especially Edward 😁.
