  Visited Dreams with my 79 year old sister, looking for a new bed. Sales assistant saw us at door and even though was not quite opening time, welcomed us in with a friendly smile. Told her what we were looking for. Sister was shown the bed mapping machine and at every stage was told what was happening. After that sister was shown different styles of mattresses and allowed to try them. After deciding what mattresses were best we then went onto the beds even showing us how each under bed draw operated. Every possibility was shown. We were shown all the different colour ways. On agreeing on a complete package we were offered coffee, and then shown all delivery options. Dreams will deliver new bed, dismantle old bed and mattress and remove it. Sister and I highly praised the sales assistant Katie, she really could not do more for us from the mo.ent we entered to the time we left. THANK YOU SO MUCH KATIE, YOU ARE A GREAT CREDIT TO DREAMS.

  Aman helped us with our purchase today, he was professional and polite throughout and did not pressure us into the sale. He helped talk through all the options and what could best suite us from the mattress analysis helping to narrow down our search.

  Fantastic experience, very helpful staff. Accommodating and knowledgeable. The analysis mattress was very helpful to streamline which mattresses would work best for us. Great payment options and no pressure approach.

  Really pleased with my experience at Dreams in Andover. I went in not really knowing what I wanted and was expecting it to be a bit of a chore, but the team made the whole process really easy. A special mention to Katy, the manager, who was brilliant. She was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to understand what I was looking for without making me feel pressured into anything. She gave honest advice and helped me find the right mattress for me rather than just the most expensive one. The store has a great range to choose from and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Excellent customer service from Katy and the team from start to finish. I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Dreams Andover.

  Absolutely fantastic experience at Dreams in Andover from start to finish. The showroom was clean, welcoming and easy to look around, with a great range of beds and mattresses to suit different budgets and needs. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and never pushy, taking the time to answer questions and help me find the right option without any pressure. Their advice made the whole process simple and stress free. Delivery arrangements were clearly explained and everything felt very professional. I left feeling confident in my purchase and would happily recommend Dreams Andover to anyone looking for a new bed or mattress.
