I went in not really knowing what I wanted and was expecting it to be a bit of a chore, but the team made the whole process really easy. A special mention to Katy, the manager, who was brilliant. She was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to understand what I was looking for without making me feel pressured into anything. She gave honest advice and helped me find the right mattress for me rather than just the most expensive one. The store has a great range to choose from and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming.
