Julia-Marela greeted us and after using the test bed and also looking at a mattress we had chosen on line showed us several mattresses in our price range. Julia explained clearly all the technical difference and after trying them all selected a mattress we preferred. No pressure from Julia who quickly completed the purchase from selection to delivery. Four days later the mattress was delivered by to freindly guys who put the mattress on our bed and left with our old one for recyling in minutes.
