  Very disappointed with my experience at Homesense Cribbs Causeway today. My partner had just purchased a Ralph Lauren watch from TK Maxx opposite and was putting it on while we browsed the store. We were watched by staff and then stopped at the exit and publicly asked if we were going to pay for the watch. We immediately showed the receipt proving it had been bought elsewhere, but no apology was offered. Being wrongly accused in front of other customers, no proof or reason was embarrassing and upsetting. We had not even been any where near the watches (if they sell them) just simply browsing for a cabinet !! Staff should be able to handle concerns professionally and discreetly. This experience left us feeling uncomfortable and unfairly judged.

  Amazing place to find unique pieces for your home. I am particularly inspired by the unmatched variety of plant pots which isn't available anywhere else.

  I have a very complicated relationship with this store. On one hand, it is spotless, organized, and filled with the most glorious items I’ve ever seen. On the other hand, my bank account currently views this place as a high-stakes heist. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted by the friendliest staff who clearly know I’m about to make a series of "necessary" decorative decisions. I can only allow myself to visit a few times a year for the sake of my financial survival, because everything in here is just too lovely to leave behind. Clean, friendly, beautiful shop with plenty of treasures. Just be warned: you’ll go in for a candle(Some very unique) and leave with a new personality for your living room.
