  Very disappointed with my experience at Homesense Cribbs Causeway today. My partner had just purchased a Ralph Lauren watch from TK Maxx opposite and was putting it on while we browsed the store. We were watched by staff and then stopped at the exit and publicly asked if we were going to pay for the watch. We immediately showed the receipt proving it had been bought elsewhere, but no apology was offered. Being wrongly accused in front of other customers, no proof or reason was embarrassing and upsetting. We had not even been any where near the watches (if they sell them) just simply browsing for a cabinet !! Staff should be able to handle concerns professionally and discreetly. This experience left us feeling uncomfortable and unfairly judged.
