    Went in with someone else. As they were looking for a bed, I decided to go outside to wait for them, as the temperature inside the store was too clammy. Was accosted by a member of staff, who said I was unable to go in and out of the front door. I would have to leave by the rear entrance. When pressed, I asked them the reason for this. I was advised they have a counter above the door, and that it will show multiple people coming in. Was considering getting a new bed from them. Never going to happen now. Appalling customer service.

    Popped in today to complete an order for a king size bed and base... Sophie has been great throughout, very friendly and spent her time explaining everything, she got us on the sleepmatch to work out the best bed for us, no rushing and always asking if we wanted/needed anything, we also met Emmanuel for the first time today and he was equally great, explaining everything about how the ottoman beds work and what to do when we move in the next year with taking apart and reassembling, both a credit to the company, and we would highly recommend this store for anyone looking to upgrade their bed. Thank you 😊

    Amazingly friendly service from the moment we arrived. Emmanuel looked after us, was knowledgeable about the beds and patient with my daughter and I trying out lots of different options. Fantastic service, thank you!
