He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout, even offering us drinks and explaining mattress protectors and other extras. Nothing felt rushed or pressured. Rod made the whole experience easy and enjoyable – a real credit to Dreams!

Never used one those machines before to help you find the right mattress so that blew my mind lol! I came in with a quote from another bed store (I was quite set on the one from there to be honest which I did say) he gave me a quote and number to call if I changed my mind. I did call back to ask some questions with Tom but unfortunately was bad timing once he called back (it was a Saturday and they were busy) I already headed back home and ordered the bed I originally looked at. I just wanted to say that his service and professionalism did sway me to one of dreams beds which no one else was able to do in the cribbs area and I shopped in a few bed shops to find a like for like that day but more suited to my budget. Tom was able to do this. Thanks Tom you are a credit to dreams 👏 ☺️ 🙏
