    Fisher at Bristol Filton store was very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable- in fact the whole team were very friendly - as a result we brought a lovely mattress and can’t wait for it to be delivered!

    Highly recommend Dreams at Shield Retail Centre. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly as we entered the store. We had a little look around and met Megan, who advised us on our search for a new bed and mattress. Then Megan offered for us to try out the Sleepmatch machine, which took around three minutes of comfortable lying down. We were offered a choice of different pillows to try out on different mattresses. Whilst we continued to look around the store, we were given a lovely cup of tea and coffee. It was a really lovely shopping experience. We cannot wait for it to be delivered and look forward to better sleep. Highly satisfied with the service we received.
