  Marc was really friendly and helpful as was the man who helped me book the unit on the phone. Really clean place and the whole process was straightforward and made things much less stressful.

  Callum from the reception really went above and beyond by helping us well after opening hours when we had a problem with our padlock. He stayed behind and graciously sorted everything out. Smooth experience and good facilities also.

  popular, excellent and easy storage in a super accessible city centre location!! shoutout to tony for getting me a big locker (more than enough space) for a great price, marc for kindly showing us around, and the lovely fellow (sorry i did not get his name) who helped me check out :D >> would highly recommend to students and tourists; very smooth process and secure access (they also sell locks if needed)

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly couldn’t recommend Safestore Canal Street highly enough. From the moment I walked in, the whole team made the process incredibly easy and stress-free. Every member of staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely happy to help. Tony was especially amazing he went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted for me and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service really made a difference and turned what could have been a stressful experience into a very positive one. The facilities are clean, secure, and extremely well maintained, which gave me complete confidence that my belongings were safe. The booking process was straightforward, and the staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and never pushy. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about their customers, but that’s exactly what you get here. The customer service is outstanding from start to finish. I would highly recommend Safestore Canal Street to anyone looking for storage. Fantastic facilities, excellent security, and an incredible team especially Tony, who was an absolute credit to the branch. Thank you all for making the experience so easy and hassle-free!
