Excellent service at the reception of Safestore Self Storage, which also serves as a DHL Express Service Point. The staff were extremely helpful and the quality of service was exceptional. They have everything you need for packing, including different sizes of boxes and bubble wrap, and they can even print your return label for you. It made the whole process of preparing and sending my parcel incredibly easy and stress-free. Really impressed with how friendly, helpful and efficient the service was. Highly recommended!

Brilliant service from start to finish from the Charles Street team! Rented storage space with them over the summer while moving and would use them again.

We were sold on the storage after minutes of speaking to Carrie without even having a price yet. She's a credit to your company. The storage itself is excellent and the whole process was really easy.
