  Great customer service. Very friendly and very helpful. Sean got my storage transfer done with minimum fuss and all the required information and options. Delighted to stay a customer with SafeStore as any issues are quickly sorted with a smile 🙂

  First time at this site and would 1000% recommend them Sean the manager and carrie (sorry if I've spelt your name wrong) were absolutely brilliant explained the process extremely well (I have learning difficulties) and were extremely helpful and the icing on the top was there banter with you extremely helpful and kind people as long as there there ill keep returning x

A special thank you to Sean and Skye, whose customer service was genuinely outstanding. They were both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I had the right storage option for my needs. Nothing felt rushed, and they really went above and beyond to make the experience as easy as possible. It's rare to come across customer service this good these days, but Sean and Skye were an absolute credit to the team. Their positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help made a huge difference.   Staff are absolutely lovely, they were so helpful to me especially as I was on such short notice and not sure what I was doing haha. Sean is great, he explained everything and got me the best they deal they could across their units. Would definitely use them again if the need arises!

  Carrie & Sean were absolutely fantastic! They made the whole parcel drop off process quick, easy and stress free. Both were friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to help. The service was efficient from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this parcel drop off point again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, professional service.
