  I would like to say a huge thank you to Carrie, Fiona and Sean for making my move from Safestore Glasgow to Safestore Glasgow North such a smooth and stress-free experience. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, professional and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to help me, answering all my questions, making sure everything was organised, and making what could have been a stressful day feel so much easier. Their excellent customer service, patience, kindness and willingness to help really stood out. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made me feel valued as a customer from start to finish. It’s rare to come across a team that works so well together while providing such outstanding service with a smile. They are a real credit to Safestore, and I can’t thank them enough for all their help. If you’re looking for storage and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Safestore Glasgow North.   I had a good experience. Staff was patient and wonderful and cheerful. We used every means of communication ( in person on site, email, texts and phone call) but there was never confusion because my profile was always updated with any communication so every staff I spoke too knew what was going on and that was impressive. The store itself was clean and without mould. Carts were provided as well so easy to move my things. Thank to the staff.

  Helpful efficient and friendly staff - have gone out of their way to help us sort any problems. The storage is clean and well lit and good access to trolleys to move items around.

  I’m a student and needed to sort out storage for over the summer. I was served by Carrie once and Fiona the second time both were very lovely , friendly and helpful. We were able to go through processes quickly and easily without any issues.
