- MHMartin Harris3 days ago5.0We were served by Mel. We had a warm welcome to the store. Mel took us to the sleepmatch. We were taken to see the Tadley mattress which I found very comfortable. The mattress was intended for me, I needed a single mattress, and Mel provided a pillow for me. She explained about how the mattress was made and I tried another mattress but the Tadley was the most comfortable. I am disabled and she was very sensitive to my needs. We were offered a drink but we declined. She explained about the insurance and also that we could pay to have the new mattress taken to my bed and also that we could pay to have the old one taken away. We chose to go ahead with both.Mel gave me the waterproof mattress cover which she explained was free because we chose to have the insurance. Mel showed us everything on the screen so that we could see all the details and she went through it all with us. It was a very pleasant experience. Mel gave us first rate service.
