  Honestly, a complete 5/5 for Safestore Gateshead!! Martin was an absolute lifesaver when i found myself with nowhere to leave my stuff over the summer holidays as a Durham University student. With only a week till I had to leave, Martin and his team were incredibly helpful and competent with sorting out all the arrangements, even when all individual units were booked up, he reccomended me a cheaper alternative using shrink wrapped pallets. He even put me in contact with a driver who was able to pick up and drop off my stuff for me. When plans changed abruptly and I was unable to start my contract on the day we intended, Martin was incredible helpful in providing a different contract which would align with my new dates, meaning I wouldn't be paying for dates that I wasn't using. Overall, I could not reccommend Safestore Gateshead enough!! They'll definetly being seeing more of me in my next two years at uni! Thanks to Martin and his team for helping out a stressed out first year student.

  I used Safestore Gateshead as a DHL Express service point, and the experience was excellent. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. They walked me through everything I needed to do and answered all the questions I had. The whole process was quick and straightforward thanks to their great customer service. I would definitely recommend them!

  I always use Safestore to help me out when I need to move between houses. I found the service at the Gateshead store was perfect, Sam was great and made sure I had everything I needed to make the move was easy as possible, would definitely recommend!

  Kieron was super helpful in booking us in for summer storage for my son’s uni stuff. Great communication over email and calling to find out what I needed in advance and making sure my booking has relevant discounts. And following up once info and forms were sent. Martin helped with the move in as Kieron was on holiday. He made sure we had all the info we needed. Also got a recommendation for lunch at Tynemouth for our trip to see the sea before we headed home

  Organised storage for all my things for university, which was a very smooth and easy process. Sam handled all the bookings before move-in day which was very helpful as he explained the full process in-depth as well as the cost breakdown. Martin helped my move in on the day which was again very smooth and had no issues. It was a very quick process, I saw the wrapping of my belongings which assured me that it will all be safe, and I couldn't be happier with the process overall!
