  Recently purchased a mattress. We were assisted by a helpful sales assistant Clare who gave us details on each bed which would be suited to our needs. The ordering process was straight forward, and time slots were offered for delivery.

  From start to Finish we had an amazing experience. Julie welcomed myself and my husband so nice. Went through everything with us and did the mattress test The knowledge she had was phenomenal. We purchased our perfect bed and went home so happy

  I came into the store looking for a firm, pure memory foam mattress. I explained that my current matress is of that kind. And it's what I want, and need to support me as I have a connective tissue disorder. The salesman kept directing me to pocket sprung mattresses and mattresses that weren't the type of quality, make or firmness I was looking for. He seemed irritated i dismissed what he was showing me, insisting I have to lay down on them fully to judge their comfort. If you've ever owned a tempur matress or similar. All you need is one hand to tell the difference between a genuine memory foam matress and pocket sprungs with foam tops. One bed he led me to he claimed was firm. My butt immediately sank in what felt like 6 inches, curving my spine like a prawn. Strangely, when I remarked on this he refuted what I was saying? Gas-lighting may not be the right term but I'm sure you'll understand what I mean. It was really quite strange... He stated he had 15+ years experience selling mattresses to people with fibromyalgia and sciatica. I don't have those conditions and I fail to see how other people's conditions and needs are relevant to my own? The insinuation was obviously he knew better than I did... I was led around and spoken to like I was a fussy child refusing to eat my vegetables. (I'm almost 30) It was as uncomfortable of an experience as the beds he kept trying to lay me on... Please listen to customers wants and needs instead of insisting what you think would be better in future. Especially when dealing with customers with complex medical issues you are not qualified to talk over. We left pretty quickly and I bought a tempur elsewhere. I also found the lay-out/design of the place wasn't great. Not a relaxing space you'd feel comfortable laying in bed... Too industrial. I won't go into this store again. And neither will my Gran who was with me and wasn't impressed by how I was spoken to.
