  AVOID!!!!! Ordered and put a deposit down on a bed and mattress in store on 8/4/26 . Was told I could have delivery 16/7/ my son was on holiday and this was for his new room and he was due back the 17th . We tried to call up and pay the remaining balance 2 weeks before delivery to be told the systems were down and we couldn't pay . Fast forward to the 7 days before delivery, we paid the balance as requested for delivery of the bed. Tuesday 14th came and I had a phone call from customer service to be told they didn't have the bed, I had our a deposit down for, in stock and they didn't know when they would have it back in. I was advised to find a different bed and let them know, however they didn't know when delivery for the new one would be . Baring in mind my son was due home and would now be left with no bed. I called up later that day and asked for a refund as I needed to go and find another bed from elsewhere (which I did and they delivered next day) the assistant on the phone told me I would receive a refund confirmation when it was processed to my account . I asked for one to be sent to me whilst I was on the phone. I'm now 10 days since the refund was apparently processed and I am still awaiting it to land into my bank account. The level of service after purchasing a bed has been nothing but shocking and I would advise people avoid dreams bed (number 1 bed specialist according to their phone message) I will be contacting customer service re the refund when they open again but I will be escalating this further

  I wish I could remember the woman’s name that helped me through the Kirkcaldy’s store but she was lovely, talked me through the cool machine they have that helped choose a mattress that fits me best! Ive yet to try the mattress at home but I sure am excited!

  Great experience today. I met a lady called Clare who was lovely. She did a test on the dream machine to locate the pressure points in the body that needed supported. I tried various mattresses for comfort before selecting the one for me! I was offered refreshments. I bought a great comforatable mattress at a great price... thankyou Clare at Dreams kirkcaldy.

  Sean and the Dreams staff were very helpful and informative when me and my partner came to find a mattress to buy. We are very happy with our purchase.
