  The quality of this store is fantastic! Yes, for long lasting product you have to pay a bit more but the outlet is actually reduced to about 60-70% of the original price which saves you a lot!

  I visited a few weeks ago and there was nothing that fit my house but got onto the WhatsApp list. Saw a bed I liked and bought it sight unseen. Ben helped the Shiply delivery man put the bed on his van and the quality is absolutely outstanding. Ben answered all my questions. Today(day after I bought it) there’s an extra 10% off and Ben said he would refund me that. Basically RH combines top quality with unparalleled customer service, it’s true luxury and you see it in every interaction. The outlet prices are significantly cheaper but the quality is unbeatable. Strongly recommend you pay them a visit and get onto their new arrival list By the way, putting it together was beautifully easy and intuitive (that’s what my handyman said).

  Very nice staff and nice large warehouse so you can see pieces and imagine them without the clutter of everything else around. Stock is obviously a surprise as it is an outlet - what they get is what they get! The discounts are VERY good (still expensive but absolutely generous amounts taken off most things). Definitely coming back!
