Firstly she listened to what we needed, put us on the bed machine to determine which would be the best mattresses for us, then proceeded to show us the best fit mattress results, giving details of each one and with us going back and forth to keep trying them. She was patient, insightful, offered us water and even gave us pillows to try whilst lying on each mattress. We weren’t going to probably buy today, however Sarah and her information, details on payment plans and her ‘no pushy’ attitude made us feel like it was our decision and we went for it. Our current Dreams mattress is nearly 10years and we’ve been really happy with it, now time for a new one….looking forward to delivery.
