  Ibrahim was very good and helpful and gave us informed choices with the mattress, he provided He provided us with tea and coffee and supervised us with finding a mattress. Ibrahim is very polite and intelligent. We will definitely be coming back to buy.

  I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way Dreams has handled my refund. It has now been over a month, and despite repeatedly requesting the return of my money, I have still not received it. I feel that I have reached a brick wall. I have visited the store on numerous occasions, made countless telephone calls and emails in an attempt to resolve this matter, yet I am still no closer to receiving my refund. The store manager, Imran, has reassured me on several occasions that my refund would be processed and that I would receive my money within the next few days. Unfortunately, these assurances have repeatedly come to nothing. I have given Dreams more than enough time and opportunities to put this right, but the continued delays and lack of resolution are completely unacceptable. As a result, I am now escalating this matter and intend to refer my complaint to the relevant ombudsman. I have been more than patient.

  Nothing in stok ,all product need to wait 3,4 weeks delivery ,thats shame,also very high prices

  If I could give 0 stars I would. They will say whatever they can to get you to purchase an outrageously priced mattress, promise a delivery date they have no clue of and then when you require help with your order as you’ve received no order number and the mattress has not been delivered they cannot help you, you must go through customer services. Which would be bad enough but when you call customer services they cannot speak to you, you must request a call back. They then do not get back to you the same day as they only operate between 10am and 4pm. A 6 hour day. This is a joke. They then promise multiple discounts some of which it then turns out they cannot actually give and then promise another delivery date which is confirmed by multiple people only to not turn up again. Only to then find out they have yet again changed the date without contacting you. Not what I expected from what I thought was a reputable company. Do better Dreams.

  Thanks so much to Jas who helped us in looking for a new mattress. She was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We were first ask to use an interesting piece of equipment, which helps to determine the type of mattress you need depending on your body type and sleeping position. There are plenty of choices and b ands to choose from. Thanks again.
