- EEEkong4 days ago5.0Friendly and professional staff. Knowledgable and answered all questions comprehensively. Went in to buy a new bed and left less than 30 minutes later having done just that. Smooth process and bed was delivered swiftly. Overall, wonderful experience.
- IBIan BeckwithJul 7, 20261.0Ent in to dreams in harlow to look for a bed for my daughter, walked in all adviser sitting around desks chatting I walked up to the desk & eventually a lady asked if we needed help, I explained I needed a small double bed, she replied ok and told us they had a few , I had to ask her to show me & asked could she show me please. She did & told my daughter to grab a pillow, on testing the beds the lady was slightly interested, but as soon as I said I needed it quickly she became disinterested she showed me the mattress we could take away today & then walked off back to her desk & colleagues, no interest in customer service at all, very disappointing, felt like we were an inconvenience & wasting her time. went to a different company where the service was amazing intentive & wanting to help me do bought the bed from them .

Fair prices, but it is the excellent service is the reason I go back here and recommend them. Even offer a cuppa! Unfortunately this bed I bought on Saturday will take up to 3 months to deliver. I think you should be made aware before you start looking. I may have opted for something different.

It certainly is. Contact us at least 72 hours prior to delivery and we can add recycling to your order. It is fast, convenient and environmentally friendly. We disassemble and utilise every single part possible and all other waste is turned into green energy.
