- GJGemma JonesSep 26, 20265.0Myself and my partner came into the store yesterday to find a bed for our new place its been very stressful and we were greeted by lac who was so welcoming and freindly she helped us with any questions we had and was really understanding. We were also greeted by a member of staff called Vanessa they both were amaizing and did there up most best to give us the best deal and we can't thank them enough. Honestly are gratitude goes out to them there customer service we can not fault. We came out of the store with not only a bed but happiness just to feel important meant to much. Thank you to both of the ladies for getting us our dream bed.

She was absolutely amazing and really took the time to understand my mum’s needs when helping us find the right adjustable bed and mattress. Tiana was extremely informative and patient throughout the whole process. She showed us the different types of mattresses available and explained the benefits of each one, which made it so much easier for us to make the right choice for my mum. She was also very knowledgeable about the different types of pillows and helped us find options that would suit her needs. The service was so welcoming and personal, and we were even offered a hot drink while we were there, which was a lovely touch. Tiana went above and beyond to make sure my mum was comfortable and happy with everything. We really appreciated her patience, knowledge and kindness. We will definitely be buying from Dreams again and would highly recommend Tiana to anyone looking for help choosing a bed or mattress!

Can I apply for finance in your store?
Yes Dreams offer an in-store interest free credit option through a select group of finance companies. All we ask for is the value of your order to be £500 or more. Our Sleep Experts in-store can walk you through the application. You will be required to pay 20% of your order as a deposit, after a successful application.
I have already ordered but I should have also asked you to take away my old bed and mattress, is this possible?
It certainly is. Contact us at least 72 hours prior to delivery and we can add recycling to your order. It is fast, convenient and environmentally friendly. We disassemble and utilise every single part possible and all other waste is turned into green energy.
