She put all my details into the computer then told me there was a £60 old matress removal fee, I understand that they have to charge but £60 is a liberty to which I cancelled the order. Staff were very helpful just a shame they charge so much for removing a matress. I would've given 5 stars but I've deducted a star for mattress removal fee.
- CWCollette WilsonJun 2, 20265.0The staff in Dreams shop Stanway Colchester were extremely helpful, the lady who greeted us as we entered the store was very helpful and cheerful offering us a coffee or cold drink whilst we talked through our preference in mattresses, after being escorted to the sensory unit to check what mattresses would best suit us. After burning show. Various suitable mattresses and talking through the composition/make up of each, we chose one. The service this lady gave us and time she took to go through everything was excellent and assisted us fully. We are confident that delivery will be as excellent in a weeks time.

Our Sleep Experts in-store can walk you through the application. You will be required to pay 20% of your order as a deposit, after a successful application.
I have already ordered but I should have also asked you to take away my old bed and mattress, is this possible?
It certainly is. Contact us at least 72 hours prior to delivery and we can add recycling to your order. It is fast, convenient and environmentally friendly. We disassemble and utilise every single part possible and all other waste is turned into green energy.
