I’m always a bit reluctant to go into such shops as the staff can be pushy and impersonal but not here. Maria was the first to approach us and what a lovely lady she was, it was like shopping with an old friend. She was engaging, interesting and took her time to guide my 86 year old Mum with buying a new mattress. She encouraged us to lie down and rest whilst she left us to do so. We had such a lovely time and were even offers tea, coffee or water. I felt like we could have stayed all day and just enjoyed the Tempur mattress my Mum decided upon. When it came to pacing the order we met Cathy (the Store Manager, I believe). She was equally as lovely and patient with Maria who was learning the new ordering system. I would definitely encourage anyone to visit this shop for your bed needs you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Maria and Cathy we both left saying what a lovely shopping experience that was and despite the mattress being expensive Mum never mentioned that as she was on a high from being with you both.

Great chat, great mattresses (hopefully) and I would recommend to all looking for a mattress, pillows, bed frames, headboards and duvet protectors! Had a lovely chat Maria made me feel comfortable and she was very welcoming. Loved the experience and a very lovely lady.

Can I apply for finance in your store?
Yes Dreams offer an in-store interest free credit option through a select group of finance companies. All we ask for is the value of your order to be £500 or more. Our Sleep Experts in-store can walk you through the application. You will be required to pay 20% of your order as a deposit, after a successful application.
I have already ordered but I should have also asked you to take away my old bed and mattress, is this possible?
It certainly is. Contact us at least 72 hours prior to delivery and we can add recycling to your order. It is fast, convenient and environmentally friendly. We disassemble and utilise every single part possible and all other waste is turned into green energy.
