Although she’s clearly very used to working with builders and other trades, she was equally attentive and generous with her time when working directly with us. She listened carefully, was knowledgeable and reassuring, and never made us feel rushed. The range of units and appliances is excellent, and Anna guided us through the options with sound, practical advice rather than upselling. What really stood out was her responsiveness — plans, revisions and details were turned around quickly, which made a big difference during a busy phase of the build. It felt like proper old-school service within a large, well-organised company. For builders looking for someone who can confidently help manage their clients through kitchen planning, Anna is an absolute asset. Highly recommended.
