  Their online verification service is poor - it only recorded some of my details and there was no confirmation which meant phoning up to check and eventually emailing some details across. They sent out a contract by email which needed to be printed out to fill it in and then photographed to send back! Ridiculous - if you're going to have a digital system then make sure it's completely digital and works! When we arrived, the unit was smaller than the claimed 75 sq ft and had 4 posts taking up even more space. Luckily Iwona saved the day - she managed to find us a bigger unit at a cheaper price and was able to send over a new electronic contract to sign within 10 minutes - great customer service! The app that you have to use for access works very well and the units seem very secure - it could do with some better lighting!

  Very helpful member of staff and the Westbourne branch, went to the storage unit at Christchurch and it’s immaculate and easy to get in

  Not great … bad smell on the floor of the unit , it hadn’t been swept out and so we felt we couldn’t leave any of our mattresses ( bagged up ) or large cushions to took them home
