  Bruno was incredibly polite and helpful over the phone when I booked it and the staff when I came in were equally friendly and helpful, would recommend for any student needing to store their belongings between houses

  Rented after doing an online quote, completed the ID process, arrived and promptly got shown to our storage unit, which was easily accessed and very clean. Parking to unload was easy, and trolleys available to move the heavy stuff. Very pleasant lady at the desk.. so all great so far. Thanks 😀

  Had to find emergency storage with a very short notice and Cody worked tirelessly and went well out his way to accommodate us. Couldn't have asked for better service. Top marks!

  I had a great experience at Safestore Bournemouth Wessex Way branch. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Bruno guided me patiently through the whole set up process and Rosie assisted me very efficiently on my move in day. The team at this branch went above and beyond to help me!
