  Honestly, Amy at Safestore is the reason I’ll absolutely be coming back. From the second I walked in she was so warm and welcoming — proper genuine, not that fake customer service vibe at all. She’s got such a lovely, funny energy too — we were chatting away and she made sorting out storage feel so easy, even fun! She explained everything clearly, helped me pick exactly what I needed, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy before I left. You can tell she actually cares about the people coming in — not just rushing you through the process. She’s such a bright, lovely presence in there — honestly made the whole experience stress-free and brilliant. If you’re heading in, definitely ask for Amy — you won’t regret it!

  Absolutely loved dealing with Amy! She’s so friendly, feels like chatting to someone you know rather than staff. Super helpful, no hassle at all, made getting storage so much easier than I thought it’d be. 10/10, would recommend her to anyone!

  Wonderful experience at Safestore and with Amy on reception! I had some travel delays getting back to Edinburgh and the team sorted out my contract immediately with no problem. A really genuine group of staff so keen to help out with any queries or changes to your storage. I found it especially helpful as a student and a seamless experience overall. Will be back next year for sure!

  I’ve been using the self-storage units at Caron Place for the past three years, and I genuinely couldn’t recommend them more highly. The team is one of the friendliest I’ve ever dealt with. They are always helpful, understanding, flexible, and willing to go the extra mile. No matter what I need, they’re always happy to help, and it’s been an absolute pleasure working with them. I currently rent three storage units there for my business, and choosing this facility was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I honestly couldn’t have found a better place. The site is always clean, secure, and very well managed. Even if I temporarily leave items outside my unit, I know they’ll be kept safe and looked after until I return.
