    Liam was helpful and knowledgable about the beds recommended to us on the Dream sleep machine. He took us round the shop and offered us a range of pillows to try aswell and tailored these to our preferences. Highly recommend Liam at Royal Quays Dream.

    Who thought choosing a new mattress could be so easy. We were greeted by Diane and offered the use of the 'Sleepmatch' machine, this was new to me but a clever way of finding a suitable mattress to meet your needs. I was amazed how it actually works. We had been looking for a soft memory foam mattress, for our son, but the Sleepmatch machine advised a firm one. Diane showed us the mattresses available and they were so comfortable for him. I have wasted a lot of money over the last few years buying unsuitable mattresses, all wrong for his sleep habits. We were offered a drink while we were waiting and our son was given a pillow to try on the mattress he had chosen. He said they were so comfortable so we brought two. I would advise anyone looking for a new bed, mattress or pillows, to go to the store in North Shields. Buying something has never been so easy and I was really impressed with the service and advice we received. Thank you Diane, keep up the good work.
